Academic Induction In-Person
This one-day programme for academic induction provides a focused opportunity for new staff to find out about relevant institutional policy and practice and meet new colleagues and establish connections with staff in different areas of the University. Participants will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the following at the University of Northampton (UON):
- Inclusive learning and teaching
- Assessment, marking and feedback
- Academic regulations
- Research and Knowledge Exchange
- Learning Design
- Academic Library and Learning Development
- Personal Academic Tutoring
- Student Futures

Please note:
Ideally, new academic staff at UON should attend this one-day academic induction programme within the first three months of their start date.
