Confronting Gender Bias In-Person
Gender bias, whether deliberate or unconscious, is holding women back. It makes it harder for women to get hired and promoted and impacts their day-to-day work experiences. In this course, we will learn concrete steps to address gender bias head on.
We will:
Explore types of gender bias
Explore scenarios and concrete solutions
Agree an individual action plan to effectively confront gender bias.
