EDI for Managers In-Person
This session looks at managing fairly and inclusively; understanding how to tackle inequalities and the value of diversity within teams.
Course Pre-Work - This session is supported by e-learning about tackling unconscious bias; the course takes 30-40 minutes and enables you to recognise and overcome your biases, and provides you with a practical, non-confrontational framework for challenging biased thinking and decisions effectively.
