Managing Staff Grievance, Investigations and, Disciplinary In-Person

This session covers how to conduct an investigation into staff grievance or misconduct and provides guidance on staff disciplinary and grievance procedures (in order to participate in these activities a manager must have first attended this training session). Supported by an e-learning covering unconscious bias.

Pre Work: This session is supported by e-learning about challenging unconscious bias; the course takes 30-40 minutes and enables you to recognise and overcome your biases, and provides you with a practical, non-confrontational framework for challenging biased thinking and decisions effectively.
