This is the extra half an hour required for Line Managers, Supervisors & Team Leaders - Please note that you must also book onto the full PDR Training. If you have already completed PDR Trainig, please email sdbookings to advise when making this booking.

We will cover:

•             The role of PDR and how it relates to the strategy of the University

•             PDR timetable and paperwork

•             Setting good quality objectives

•             Having the PDR conversations

 

Target audience: This session is required for any line manager or supervisor who is holding PDR meetings with their staff members.
