Introduction to Project Management In-Person
Most of us think of Project Management as a specialist activity; however, managing our work is often the art of creating, implementing and reviewing a constant stream of projects.
This session will focus on good project management techniques, and you will learn to use some basic project scheduling and development tools-but every tool and technique covered in this session has an application outside the world of projects.
