Staff Recruitment Interviewing Skills In-Person
This session offers practical experience for recruitment interviews including formatting questions and conducting a mock interview.
Course Pre-Work Unconscious Bias E-Learning - This session is supported by e-learning about tackling unconscious bias; the course takes 30-40 minutes and enables you to recognise and overcome your biases, and provides you with a practical, non-confrontational framework for challenging biased thinking and decisions effectively.
